- You have 10 days from receipt of the product to make changes or returns, if the reasons are attributable to tastes or appreciations on the part of the customer, the product must be completely sealed and in its original packaging.

- If the exchange is for another product or any that involves a different SKU, the price paid by the customer online is taken as a reference and any difference in money must be paid by the customer.

- In the case of a return, the customer will have 15 days after receiving their product to request a full refund of their money, which will be made within a maximum period of 10 business days after your credit note is generated.

- Remember that the products cannot have been used and must be with their original labels, in the same condition as they were sent.

- You must always attach the purchase receipt to the order to be exchanged and/or returned. If you do not have the receipt, you can request a copy from contacto@biocarechile.cl.

*Important: If your purchase was made through Mercado Pago, the refund will be made to your account on the same platform. If you do not have one, you must enter the email with which you purchased in “log in” and click on “forgot my password”, after this you can withdraw the money from your Mercado Pago account whenever you want.

In the event of purchasing a product for which we do not have the corresponding stock, the customer may demand a refund of their money, or exchange their order for a product of equal value. In the event that the product chosen for exchange is of greater or lesser value, the client must pay the difference or BIOCONNECT SPA must refund the difference.

Consumers have the right to exercise the legal guarantee of new products that turn out bad. That is, to choose between the change , repair either refund of what was paid within six months of receipt of the product.
