Description
FOS powder from BioCare is a high-potency soluble fiber based on fiber derived from chicory. Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) help maintain bacterial balance at the intestinal level.

Provides 10 grams of soluble fiber per serving. It can be used in foods and drinks.

In the latter, due to its naturally sweet, calorie-free flavor, it can work as a replacement for artificial sweeteners or sugars to sweeten liquids.
It does not contain ingredients from soy, dairy, wheat, rye and barley.
Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Fructooligosaccharides (Cichorium intybus Root).

Indications
Sprinkle or dilute 1 tablespoon (10 g) of the powder on warm foods or drinks (avoid water).

Warnings
When mixed with cold water it can clump, prefer warm liquids or foods. Do not buy if the seal is broken. Keep out of the reach of children. If under medical supervision, consult a doctor before use. It does not replace a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption. Avoid sun exposure. Consume before the date indicated on the packaging.
