BioPlantarum Sterols is a specialized blend that provides 10 billion scientifically researched live Lactobacillus plantarum bacteria in conjunction with 800 mg of plant sterols.
L. plantarum contributes to the repopulation of beneficial bacteria in the intestine to support the balance of the digestive system and provide support to the immune system.
It has been studied in numerous studies that L. plantarum could contribute to digestion, promote the reduction of LDL cholesterol and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.1-2-3
