We ship to all continental Chile

We have different delivery times depending on regions and communes (see Dispatch Values) . We recommend that you buy your supplements in advance, especially if you are undergoing treatment, since according to national events, sometimes transport companies take longer than indicated.

Shipping information

For your products to arrive at the agreed time, it is very important that your address is as precise as possible, always specifying the street, number, complement, reference, commune and telephone number. The latter will be useful in case the delivery person has any questions.

Home delivery is from Monday to Saturday (except holidays) during business hours, and someone must be at the address to receive the order. If no one is there at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to its origin. If the client requires that the order be dispatched again, they must pay the amount associated with the new dispatch.

You can also request delivery from Starken and Chilexpress branches, entering the address and name of the branch when purchasing.

Did your order arrive with any problem?

We will always take charge. Contact us at contacto@biocarechile.cl and send us photos of your package and products received.


How can I track my order?

As soon as we deliver your order to the transport company, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
